1. Travel & Pilgrimage Bookings

Cancellation of pilgrimage packages may be subject to charges for transportation, accommodation, guides, temple-related services, and other components already arranged.

Cancellation of temple guide, pilgrimage guide, local guide, and related services is subject to the cancellation conditions provided at the time of booking.
Late cancellations and no-shows may be non-refundable.
5. Devotional Products
Orders for devotional and religious products may be cancelled before dispatch, where cancellation is available.
Returns, replacements, and refunds for delivered products are subject to the applicable product return conditions. Damaged, defective, or incorrect products should be reported promptly with relevant details or photographs.

7. No-Show & Late Arrival
Failure to attend a booked service, hotel reservation, tour, pilgrimage package, or guide service without proper cancellation may be treated as a no-show and may result in no refund.
Customers are responsible for arriving at the specified location on time.
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will generally be processed to the original payment method.
The time taken for the refund to reach the customer’s account depends on the payment gateway, bank, card issuer, or other financial institution.
