AFFILIATE PROGRAMME

The Brybee.com Affiliate Partner Programme allows individuals, content creators, digital marketers, professionals, businesses, community administrators, website owners, social media creators, and other eligible partners to earn money by referring genuine users to Brybee.com.

Brybee.com is a professional services aggregation and discovery platform that helps users discover and connect with professionals, businesses, consultants, agencies, freelancers, and other service providers.

As an Affiliate Partner, you can introduce people who are actively looking for professional services to Brybee.com. When a referred user meets the applicable “Qualified Lead” criteria, you can earn ₹100 per qualified lead.

There is no minimum number of leads required to participate in the programme. Affiliate Partners are not required to achieve a monthly, weekly, or annual target.

I. WHAT IS A QUALIFIED LEAD?

A Qualified Lead is a genuine user enquiry or referral that satisfies the qualification requirements established by Brybee.com.

Generally, a lead may be considered qualified when:

  • The person is genuinely interested in finding or obtaining a professional service;
  • The person registers for a premium membership using an affiliate referral code.
  • The person meets any additional qualification criteria communicated by Brybee.com.

Simply generating a website visit, click, page view, or incomplete enquiry does not automatically qualify for payment.

Brybee.com reserves the right to verify, review, reject, or disqualify leads that do not meet the programme requirements.

II. ELIGIBILITY

The Brybee.com Affiliate Partner Programme is open to individuals and organizations who can lawfully participate in the programme.

2.1 No Age Limit

There is no minimum or maximum age requirement for applying to the Affiliate Partner Programme.

However, participants must have the legal capacity required to receive payments and comply with applicable laws, tax requirements, financial regulations, and payment-provider requirements.

Where an individual is not legally capable of entering into a contractual or payment arrangement, Brybee.com may require participation or payment arrangements to be handled through a parent, legal guardian, or legally authorized representative.

2.2 Eligible Affiliate Partners

Eligible applicants may Include:

  • Students;
  • Homemakers;
  • Working professionals;
  • Freelancers;
  • Entrepreneurs;
  • Business owners;
  • Digital marketers;
  • Social media creators;
  • Bloggers;
  • Website owners;
  • Content creators;
  • YouTubers;
  • Community administrators;
  • Influencers;
  • Consultants;
  • Agencies;
  • Local promoters;
  • Online communities;
  • Educational or professional communities; and
  • Other individuals or organizations capable of generating referrals.

You do not need to be an existing Brybee.com customer or Service Provider to apply.

III. AFFILIATE PARTNER ENROLLMENT

3.1 Application

Individuals or organizations interested in becoming Affiliate Partners must submit their application through the Affiliate Partner application page available on Brybee.com.

Applicants may be required to provide information such as:

  • Full name;
  • Contact information;
  • Email address;
  • Phone number;
  • Location;
  • Preferred promotional channels;
  • Website or social media details, where applicable;
  • Nature of the applicant’s audience or network;
  • Payment information, where required; and
  • Any other information reasonably required by Brybee.com.

Applicants are responsible for providing accurate and current information.

3.2 Application Review

After submission, Brybee.com may review the application to determine whether the applicant is suitable for participation in the programme.

Approval is not automatic.

Brybee.com may approve, reject, request additional information, or place conditions on an application at its reasonable discretion.

Approval to participate does not guarantee that every lead generated by an Affiliate Partner will qualify for payment.

3.3 Affiliate Partner Account

Once approved, an Affiliate Partner may receive access to the relevant affiliate tools, referral mechanism, promotional materials, or other programme features made available by Brybee.com, along with a dedicated programme coordinator.

Affiliate Partners must not allow another person to use their account for unauthorized promotional activity.

3.4 Referral Methods

Brybee.com may provide approved Affiliate Partners with one or more methods for generating referrals, which may include:

  • Unique affiliate links;
  • Referral links;
  • Promotional codes;
  • Referral forms;
  • Campaign links;
  • Digital promotional materials;
  • Banners or creatives; or
  • Other referral mechanisms introduced by Brybee.com.

Only referrals that can reasonably be attributed to an approved Affiliate Partner through the applicable tracking system or other verification method may be considered for affiliate payments.

IV. AFFILIATE PAYMENTS

Join and earn attractive affiliate rewards by referring qualified users to Brybee.com.

4.1 Payment Rate

The current affiliate reward is: ₹100 FOR EACH QUALIFIED LEAD

The ₹100 reward applies only to leads that are determined to be Qualified Leads under the programme rules.

There is no payment for every click, impression, visitor, social-media view, unless expressly stated otherwise by Brybee.com.

4.2 No Target Requirement

There is no minimum target under the Affiliate Partner Programme.

Affiliate Partners are not required to generate:

  • A minimum number of leads per day;
  • A minimum number of leads per week;
  • A minimum number of leads per month; or
  • A minimum number of leads during any particular period.

You may participate according to your own availability and promotional capacity.

4.3 Lead Verification

All leads may be subject to verification. Brybee.com may review factors such as:

  • Lead authenticity;
  • User information;
  • Service requirement;
  • Duplicate submissions;
  • Referral source;
  • Previous enquiries;
  • Spam indicators;
  • Fraud indicators;
  • Automated submissions;
  • Invalid contact information; and
  • Compliance with the programme guidelines.

A lead may be rejected if it does not satisfy the qualification requirements.

Brybee.com’s determination regarding whether a lead qualifies for payment shall be based on the information reasonably available to the Company and the applicable programme rules.

4.4 Payment Processing

Approved affiliate earnings may be processed according to the payment schedule and payment procedures communicated by Brybee.com.

Brybee.com may establish a minimum payment threshold, verification process, payment cycle, or other reasonable administrative requirements where necessary.

Before payment is released, Affiliate Partners may be required to provide valid payment and identification information.

Payments may be subject to applicable taxes, deductions, withholding requirements, or other statutory obligations.

4.5 Payment Information

Affiliate Partners are responsible for providing accurate payment information.

Brybee.com shall not be responsible for payment delays or failures resulting from:

  • Incorrect bank details;
  • Incorrect payment information;
  • Incomplete verification;
  • Account restrictions;
  • Payment-provider issues;
  • Banking-system delays;
  • Regulatory requirements; or
  • Other circumstances outside Brybee.com’s reasonable control.

4.6 Tax Responsibilities

Affiliate Partners are responsible for understanding and complying with applicable tax laws relating to their affiliate earnings.

Where required by law, Brybee.com may collect tax information, apply applicable deductions, or issue relevant documentation.

Affiliate Partners should obtain independent professional advice regarding their individual tax obligations where necessary.

V. PROGRAMME GUIDELINES

Affiliate Partners are expected to promote Brybee.com honestly, responsibly, and in accordance with applicable laws.

5.1 Genuine Referrals Only

Affiliate Partners must refer genuine individuals who have a legitimate interest in finding or obtaining professional services.

Affiliate Partners must not create artificial leads merely to generate commissions.

5.2 No Misleading Promotions

Affiliate Partners must not make false or misleading statements about:

  • Brybee.com;
  • Service Providers;
  • Services available through Brybee.com;
  • Pricing;
  • Guaranteed results;
  • Earnings;
  • Affiliate rewards;
  • Discounts;
  • Offers; or
  • Any other Platform feature.

Affiliate Partners must not promise a user that they will definitely receive a particular service, price, result, approval, booking, or response from Brybee.com or a Service Provider.

5.3 No False Representation

Affiliate Partners must clearly represent themselves as independent Affiliate Partners.

They must not claim or imply that they:

  • Are employees of Brybee.com;
  • Are official representatives of Brybee.com unless expressly authorized;
  • Own or operate Brybee.com;
  • Are authorized to make contractual commitments on behalf of Brybee.com; or
  • Have authority to guarantee services or outcomes.

Participation in the Affiliate Partner Programme does not create an employment, agency, partnership, franchise, or joint-venture relationship.

5.4 Responsible Marketing

Affiliate Partners may promote Brybee.com through legitimate channels such as:

  • Websites;
  • Blogs;
  • Social media;
  • Video platforms;
  • Online communities;
  • Personal networks;
  • Email communications;
  • Content marketing;
  • Educational content;
  • Professional networks; and
  • Other lawful promotional channels.

Affiliate Partners must ensure that their promotional activities comply with applicable advertising, privacy, consumer-protection, intellectual-property, and electronic-communications laws.

5.5 Spam Prohibited

Affiliate Partners must not use spam or unsolicited bulk communications to generate referrals.

This includes unauthorized:

  • Bulk emails;
  • Bulk messages;
  • Automated social-media messages;
  • Unsolicited promotional calls;
  • Spam comments;
  • Misleading posts; or
  • Other intrusive promotional methods.

Affiliate Partners are responsible for ensuring that their communications comply with applicable anti-spam and privacy laws.

5.6 No Incentivized Misrepresentation

Affiliate Partners must not offer misleading incentives or make false promises to persuade people to submit enquiries.

If an Affiliate Partner offers an independent incentive at their own expense, the promotion must be lawful, transparent, and must not misrepresent Brybee.com or its services.

5.7 Brand and Intellectual Property

Brybee.com may provide logos, banners, images, text, links, and other promotional materials to approved Affiliate Partners.

These materials may be used only for authorized promotion of Brybee.com and subject to any brand guidelines provided.

Affiliate Partners must not:

  • Alter Brybee.com branding in a misleading manner;
  • Register confusingly similar domain names;
  • Create websites that appear to be official Brybee.com websites;
  • Use Brybee.com trademarks for unrelated purposes;
  • Claim ownership of Brybee.com branding; or
  • Use Platform content in a manner that may confuse users.

5.8 Paid Advertising

Affiliate Partners who wish to use paid advertising to promote their affiliate links must comply with any advertising restrictions or instructions communicated by Brybee.com.

Affiliate Partners must not use deceptive advertisements or misleading search-engine advertising.

Brybee.com may restrict bidding on its trademarks, brand names, or other keywords where necessary to protect the brand and user experience.

5.9 Social Media

Affiliate Partners may promote Brybee.com through social-media platforms provided that their content:

  • Is truthful;
  • Is not misleading;
  • Does not impersonate Brybee.com;
  • Does not violate the platform’s rules;
  • Does not contain fraudulent claims;
  • Does not use unauthorized accounts or identities; and
  • Clearly represents the Affiliate Partner relationship where disclosure is required.

5.10 Privacy and User Consent

Affiliate Partners must respect the privacy of individuals they refer to Brybee.com.

Affiliate Partners must not collect, use, sell, share, or transfer personal information unlawfully.

Where consent is required before sharing information with Brybee.com, the Affiliate Partner is responsible for obtaining the appropriate consent.

Affiliate Partners must not collect unnecessary sensitive information from prospective users merely for the purpose of generating referrals.

VI. LEAD ATTRIBUTION AND TRACKING

Brybee.com may use referral links, cookies, tracking technologies, forms, databases, account records, timestamps, enquiry records, or other reasonable methods to identify and attribute leads to Affiliate Partners.

Affiliate Partners acknowledge that tracking may not always be technically perfect due to:

  • Browser settings;
  • Cookie restrictions;
  • Device changes;
  • Privacy tools;
  • Deleted cookies;
  • Network conditions;
  • Technical errors;
  • Incorrect use of referral links; or
  • Other circumstances beyond Brybee.com’s reasonable control.

Where multiple referral sources are involved, Brybee.com may apply its internal attribution rules.

Only leads that can reasonably be attributed and verified may qualify for payment.

VII. FRAUD OR PROGRAMME MANIPULATION

Brybee.com takes fraudulent affiliate activity seriously. The following activities may result in disqualification:

  • Fake leads;
  • Duplicate lead manipulation;
  • Automated lead generation;
  • Bot traffic;
  • Cookie manipulation;
  • Tracking manipulation;
  • Click fraud;
  • Identity manipulation;
  • Multiple accounts created for abuse;
  • Misleading advertising;
  • Spam;
  • Unauthorized use of another person’s information;
  • Artificial traffic;
  • Self-referrals designed to generate commissions;
  • Commission manipulation; or
  • Any other attempt to obtain affiliate payments through dishonest means.

Brybee.com may withhold, reverse, cancel, or adjust unpaid affiliate earnings associated with suspected invalid or fraudulent activity, subject to applicable law.

Where appropriate, Brybee.com may suspend or terminate the Affiliate Partner’s participation in the programme.

VIII. AFFILIATE ACCOUNT TERMINATION

Brybee.com may suspend, restrict, or terminate an Affiliate Partner’s participation where the Affiliate Partner:

  • Violates these Programme Guidelines;
  • Generates fraudulent or invalid leads;
  • Uses misleading promotional methods;
  • Misuses Brybee.com branding;
  • Violates applicable law;
  • Engages in spam;
  • Manipulates tracking systems;
  • Provides false information;
  • Attempts to abuse payment systems; or
  • Otherwise creates a significant risk to Brybee.com, users, Service Providers, or the integrity of the programme.

An Affiliate Partner may also request to leave the programme by contacting Brybee.com.

Any outstanding payment will remain subject to verification and applicable payment requirements.

IX. NO EARNING GUARANTEE

The Affiliate Partner Programme provides an opportunity to earn ₹100 for each Qualified Lead. However, Brybee.com does not guarantee:

  • Any minimum number of leads;
  • Any minimum income;
  • Any particular level of traffic;
  • Any particular conversion rate;
  • Any minimum monthly earnings;
  • Any particular business result; or
  • Continued availability of the programme.

Earnings depend on the number and quality of genuine Qualified Leads generated by the Affiliate Partner.

There is no target requirement, but there is also no guaranteed minimum earning.

X. PROGRAMME CHANGES

Brybee.com may modify the Affiliate Partner Programme from time to time, including:

  • Reward amounts;
  • Qualification criteria;
  • Payment procedures;
  • Tracking methods;
  • Promotional rules;
  • Eligibility requirements;
  • Referral methods;
  • Programme features; or
  • Other programme terms.

Material changes will be communicated or published where appropriate.

The current version of the Affiliate Partner Programme terms available on Brybee.com will govern participation.

XI. AFFILIATE PARTNER RESPONSIBILITIES

By participating in the programme, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information;
  • Promote Brybee.com honestly;
  • Generate genuine referrals;
  • Follow the programme guidelines;
  • Respect user privacy;
  • Comply with applicable laws;
  • Protect your affiliate account;
  • Use authorized promotional materials;
  • Avoid spam and deceptive practices;
  • Avoid fraudulent lead generation; and
  • Cooperate with reasonable verification requests from Brybee.com.

XII. BRYBEE.COM'S RIGHTS

Brybee.com reserves the right to:

  • Review affiliate applications;
  • Approve or reject applicants;
  • Verify referrals;
  • Reject invalid leads;
  • Investigate suspicious activity;
  • Adjust or reverse invalid commissions;
  • Suspend Affiliate Partners;
  • Terminate Affiliate Partner accounts;
  • Modify programme rules;
  • Change payment procedures;
  • Restrict promotional methods;
  • Remove unauthorized promotional materials; and
  • Take other reasonable actions necessary to protect the programme, users, Service Providers, and Brybee.com.

XIII. ACCEPTANCE OF THE PROGRAMME TERMS

By applying for or participating in the Brybee.com Affiliate Partner Programme, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and understood these Programme Terms;
  • You agree to comply with the Programme Guidelines;
  • You understand that only Qualified Leads are eligible for payment;
  • You understand that the reward is ₹100 per Qualified Lead;
  • You understand that there is no minimum target;
  • You understand that earnings are not guaranteed; and
  • You agree to comply with the applicable Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and other policies of Brybee.com.
