REFUND POLICY

Cancellation of a service does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund for amounts already paid.

III. REFUND POLICY

Unless otherwise expressly stated at the time of purchase, payments made for Brybee.com services are generally non-refundable once the service has been activated, delivered, or commenced.

A refund may be considered where:

  • Brybee.com has charged an incorrect amount;
  • A payment has been processed more than once due to a technical error;

IV. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND AUTOMATIC RENEWALS

Where Brybee.com offers recurring subscriptions, the subscription may automatically renew according to the billing cycle disclosed at the time of purchase.

You may cancel future renewals before the next billing date.

Cancellation generally prevents future charges but does not automatically refund amounts already paid for the current billing period, unless otherwise stated or required by law.

V. SERVICE PROVIDER TRANSACTIONS

Brybee.com is primarily a platform that connects users with independent Service Providers.

Where a user pays a Service Provider directly for professional services, the cancellation and refund terms are governed by the agreement between the user and that Service Provider.

Brybee.com does not automatically provide refunds for services purchased directly from Service Providers.

Users should review the Service Provider’s cancellation, refund, payment, and service terms before making a payment.

VI. NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES

Unless otherwise expressly stated, the following may generally be non-refundable once provided or activated:

  • Featured listings;
  • Advertising placements;
  • Promotional services;
  • Lead-generation services;
  • Profile enhancement services;
  • Verification services;
  • Digital services already delivered;
  • Subscription periods already commenced; and
  • Other services that have already been substantially performed.

This does not affect any mandatory consumer or statutory rights available under applicable law.

VII. REFUND PROCESS

Where a refund is approved, Brybee.com will normally process the refund through the original payment method used for the transaction, where technically possible.

The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may depend on the relevant bank, card issuer, payment gateway, or financial institution.

Brybee.com is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or financial institutions.

VIII. FAILED OR DUPLICATE PAYMENTS

If your account is debited due to a failed transaction or you are charged more than once for the same transaction, please contact us with the relevant transaction details.

After verification, eligible duplicate or incorrectly processed payments will be refunded in accordance with applicable law and payment-provider procedures.

IX CANCELLATION BY BRYBEE.COM

Brybee.com may suspend, restrict, or terminate a paid service or account where reasonably necessary due to:

  • Violation of the Terms & Conditions;
  • Fraudulent or misleading activity;
  • Misuse of the Platform;
  • Non-payment of applicable fees;
  • Security concerns;
  • Illegal activity; or
  • Other legitimate reasons permitted by applicable law.

Termination due to a user’s violation of the Terms does not automatically entitle the user to a refund.

X. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
