• The free consultation period begins from the date and time specified when the offer is activated.
• The offer is subject to the applicable promotional terms and conditions.
• After the free consultation period expires, continued consultation requires payment of the applicable subscription fee.

3. Consultation Subscription Fee

• After the free consultation period, customers can access the consultation service for ₹149 for six months.
• Payment must be completed through the available UPI or authorised payment gateway options.
• Consultation access will be activated or extended after successful payment confirmation.
• Customers should retain their payment confirmation or transaction reference for future enquiries.

4. Official Payment Instructions

• All payments must be made exclusively to Brywoods Digital Services.
• Use only the official UPI payment facility or authorised payment gateway provided on Brybee.com.
• Ensure that the payment recipient or merchant name is BRYWOODS DIGITAL SERVICES before confirming the transaction, wherever the payment interface displays the recipient name.
• Do not transfer money to any personal bank account, personal UPI ID, individual consultant, or third party.
• Never share your UPI PIN, OTP, banking password, or other confidential payment credentials with anyone.
• If you notice a different recipient name or suspect a fraudulent payment request, do not proceed. Contact the official support team for verification.
• Important: Payments made to unauthorised personal accounts are not recognised as official subscription payments by Brybee.com.

5. Customer Responsibilities
